September 1998 – July 2002: Moscow State University of Communication Means (MIIT); Doctorate; Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering; Major: Telecommunication Technologies and Computer Networks; Thesis title: ‘Evaluating the Internet search engines quality applicable to efficiency of branch tasks solution’; Canadian equivalent, evaluated by University of Toronto.

Achievements: 1) thesis outcomes are used in the academic program of practical training and lectures under the ‘Computer Networks and Telecommunications’ course. Methodical training aids are published on an electronic medium. 2) Technical publication in IEEE journal. 3) Research project on knowledge based web portal.
